The building is designed with chains cascading down from the roof instead of traditional gutters. Utilizing 8-months rain cycle to create a rain-dancing view. As the rain gently falls, guests are experienced to a mesmerizing life of nature. It's as if the rain itself becomes a gardener, nurturing the plants, helping them flourish and bloom in this serene, living space
Eco-stairway
An enhanced fire escape goes beyond its primary function. It's designed to be a more practical way for guests to move between floors, reducing elevator use. It also adds green spaces to the building, giving guests private, lush views from their rooms. Beyond their beauty and shade, the climbing plants on these escapes also help absorb external noise and dust.
